Filip Zieliński studied Sociology, History and Slavic Studies from 2003 to 2009 at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg (Magister Artium) and Warsaw University. From October 2004 to July 2007 he worked as student assistant at the Zentralarchiv zur Erforschung der Geschichte der Juden in Deutschland (Central Archives for Research on the History of the Jews in Germany) in Heidelberg. From June 2008 until the completion of his studies in August 2009 Filip took part in the authoring of publications dealing with civil society, globalization and culture as a student assistant at the Institute of Sociology.
